First, you can turn off the "all caps" by hitting the "CAPS LOCK" button to the left of "A". :)
Now, onto the real issue: Are any applications using your camera before launching VSee? If so, exit VSee, then exit any programs that are using your camera (Skype, Logitech's camera app, etc.). Once they've closed, restart VSee again.
You should now be able to choose the camera.
Hope that helped!
John

Hello,
All Logitech cameras now come with Logitech Vid. Your computer will only let one program at a time use your camera. Please check that no other program is starting when you start up your computer and is using the camera.
Thank you,
Colleen

Hi Colleen & John,
I am aware of not using "any other" video programs at the same time I use "VSEE". I had contacted "Logitech" prior to seeking help here. Logitech directed me to their site to correct "WIN7" issues etc.. I did not download their "Logitech Vid" software program. I had no problem seeing or hearing "John" when he attempted to reach me via "Vsee" though I was not able to get my cam to function. Bottom line...My cam and mic are working properly. I'm guessing it is a "Vsee" issue with "Win7"..
If you have any other solutions, please get back to moi as I love using "Vsee" and have been a happy user for years !!!

Glad you've been a fan! I use both XP and 7, and have had no issues with either.
Sometimes programs don't close "clean". Have you used 'end process' in the task manager to ensure all video apps are completely shut down prior to running VSee?

John.
Don't ask me why or how...just signed into VSee and it is now working as it did before...
Thanks for the help.
