VSEE RECORD NOT WORKING

Hi
For some unknown reason vsee has stopped recording video as it did before. Now on playback all that appears is a blank green screen, though it appears to have recorded the audio portion. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall vsee with no success...I am running win7 pro and cant seem to unload vsee before trying a clean install. Any suggestions please.

Works great for me on my Windows XP PC with the latest version (10.0.0.421) downloaded.

Barry,

Have you had a chance to try on the new .421 version? If not, give it a spin and let us know how it went. (Thanks Mike)

Sorry i didnt mention it in my orig. post. I am and have been using version 10.0.0.421. that is the version that does not seem to work.

Hi John,
Back on Apr 20 '10 I asked you about VSEE not recording. I have the latest version 10.0.0.517 running on Win7 pro system and still cannot record a video chat. The recording of the other user starts recording and then immediately stops, ending that portion of the recording. Yet is continues to record my end of the video without a hitch.
Wondering if you have come up with a fix or solution for this yet?

Recording stopped on us - so we ceased using it. Catches the first portion only.

I am a first time user on Windows Vista with VSee 10.0.0.517. Recording does not work, neither audio nor video. What I get is a very short (max 3 seconds) video with no sound (for both sides).
