VSee Shortens The Sales Cycle
Roy, a sales rep in the field, is sitting across a table from Jessica and Sean, the decision makers. Roy confidently handles the early questions. Eventually, Jessica asks, "Can it integrate with our proprietary system?" "Of course," Roy replies. "How long would that take?" asks Jessica.
Roy is stumped. He knows the drill:
- Schedule a meeting.
- Meet: The prospect asks for something the rep can't provide.
- Get that "something" at the office.
- REPEAT. (Several times.)
Now there's a better way.
VSee's Solution:
VSee shortens the sales cycle.
Roy is prepared. His laptop is online via a 3G cellular card, and he immediately contacts Tom, an engineer at the home office, through VSee.
Jessica and Sean, seeing Tom, immediately have visual feedback in their conversation, increasing their trust in what Tom has to say. Reciprocally, engineers' answers have more credibility with prospects, and Tom's inclusion lends that credibility back to Roy. The prospect, upon becoming a customer, is further benefitted because someone involved in backend support is intimately acquainted with their needs and issues, providing a better service.
Tom answers Jessica's question, "It would take me three weeks to integrate our product with your proprietary system. Would you like me to step you through the process and show you some diagrams?" His ability to do this saved Roy three weeks of going back and forth for continued meetings to relay answers Tom can provide right here and now.
Tom, or whoever may be needed, can share and annotate pixel-perfect technical drawings, specs, contracts, anything that prospects may ask for. If Roy needs these to leave with Jessica, Tom can simply drag the file onto Roy's video window and now Roy has it on his computer.
This ability to reach beyond the meeting room is practical for more than office support. Imagine Sean asks Roy if they can schedule a tour of the manufacturing facilities. Roy can respond, "How about right now?" The factory may be located in Ireland or Singapore, and Roy can still call the foreman on VSee and give Sean and Jessica a tour of the factory remotely from right there in that meeting.
VSee. Break the cycle.
