On July 17-22, 2004, VSee Lab participated in the Navy humanitarian exercise Strong Angel.

In addition to providing secure (FIPS 140-2) global communication between local and remote participants, VSee was also used for the VIP presentation between Kona and Washington DC to representatives from Office of Secretary of Defense, Joint Chief of Staff, State Department, and the White House. Dr. Linton Wells, assistant secretary of defense for Information and Networks, chaired the meeting. VSee was configured in full screen picture-in-picture mode.

VSee was used to conduct three ad-hoc wireless peer-2-peer experiments.
