To be able to talk to up 4 people at a time without dedicated bandwidth is free. For dedicated bandwidth, have application and desktop and to be able to talk to up to 8 people at a time it is $50/month per user. We also have server subscriptions and professional services to view our prices for these go to our pricing page.

I have entered in my password correctly and VSee says I haven't. What should I do?
VSee is caps sensitive. Make sure your caps lock is off. If VSee continues to say that you have entered your password and user name incorrectly please contact support.
When I talk to someone I hear an echo, how do I make that go away?
The reason that you are hearing an echo is because the person you are talking to speakers are creating feedback. To eliminate echo you can either purchase a speakerphone or wear headphones. If you are not using a speakerphone or wearing headphones, the person you are talking to will also hear an echo.
