Dave Levin, MD
David Levin, MD is a physician executive with over 25 years of experience in healthcare information systems, clinical operations and enterprise strategic planning. Prior to joining Sansoro Health, he served as Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) for the Cleveland Clinic Health System (CCHS), where he led the Clinical Systems Office.

Josep Carbo
With +18 years of experience as business consultant in Accenture Josep has committed the last 10 years to transform healthcare services in Europe, US, Latin America and the Middle East.

Edward Kersh, MD, FACC
Dr. Edward Kersh is the retired Chief of Cardiology at St. Luke’s Hospital, San Francisco, and is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), and the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. He has special interest in the management of heart failure patients and the prevention of hospitalization and readmission with Telehealth.

Brad S. Davidsen
Brad S. Davidsen, Esq. is an Associate attorney in Epstein Becker & Green, P.C.’s Health Care and Life Sciences group. Brad’s focuses in clinical research and negotiating various agreements; state and federal regulatory and licensure matters; and telehealth/telemedicine issues.

Nathaniel Lacktman
Mr. Nathaniel Lacktman is a partner with the law firm of Foley & Lardner and is Chair of the national Telemedicine and Virtual Care Practice and Co-Chair of the Digital Health Group. He serves on the Executive Committee of the American Telemedicine Association’s Business & Finance Group and is Chief Legal Counsel to the Telehealth Association of Florida.

As Global Health & Life Sciences Lead for Consulting at Dell Technologies, Trey McMillian is responsible for the development of strategy, partnerships and solutions leveraging Dell technologies within the healthcare provider, health payer, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Trey is focused on helping organizations improve patient engagement, clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies through the use of Telehealth, Big Data, and Cloud solutions.

As Executive Director for Innovation and Business Transformation at Optum Care (Part of United Health Group), Unmesh Srivastava is spearheading the creation and implementation of new operating models and related operational changes, portfolio management processes and strategic investment choices, including M&A & development of next generation business process innovation, product development, innovation management structure and support.

Charles C. Dunham
Charles C. Dunham, IV, is a Member of the Firm in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice, in the Houston and New York offices of Epstein Becker Green. He provides general counsel and representation to health care providers and health-related entities in a range of matters involving corporate formation and governance, business transactions and acquisitions, commercial arrangements, and regulatory compliance.

Mark has been in the technology industry for over twenty eight years and has been a member of the Sentara Healthcare IT team since 2004. For the past eight years he has lead a team focused on Systems Development and Support Services, including Telemedicine initiatives in Tele-ICU, Neurology, Stroke, PERS, Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Surgical Systems Integration, and NICU services.

Howard Reis is Vice President of Business Development for Teleradiology Specialists, a leading provider concentrating on the Urgent Care market. Howard has more than 25 years experience in telemedicine and a passion for identifying solutions in which deliver improved patient care.

Lisa S. Mazur
Lisa Schmitz Mazur advises health care providers and technology companies on a variety of legal, regulatory and compliance matters with a particular focus on digital health topics, including telehealth, telemedicine, mobile health and consumer wellness. She’s been named Super Lawyers 2014 through 2016 by Illinois Rising Star.

Lauren Sweeney
Lauren is currently Assoc. Program Manager at Vituity. At Vituity, she design transformational healthcare delivery programs, specializing in telehealth, within a physician partnership that has been practicing in communities for over 40 years.

Charles R. Jankowski Jr., Ph.D. is currently Director, AI and Robotics Applications at CloudMinds Technology. Dr. Shi received his medical degree from Shanghai Medical University and gained his PhD degree at the University of Bristol School of Medicine, U. K.. Dr. Shi was a research fellow at the Univ. of Maryland Sch. of Medicine and a senior associate at the Johns Hopkins Univ. Sch. of Medicine.

Liz Asai

Dr. Spierer is currently the co-founder of a unique tele-health platform that facilitates connections between clients and health professionals all over the country. Dr. Spierer is a former Associate Professor of Clinical Physiology with over 40 years of experience in the fields of research, exercise science, and clinical physiology
