1. A More Powerful Data Analytics Dashboard
Now you can self-customize your Data Analytics Dashboard with easy drag-and-drop data widgets. Control how you want to display and organize real-time data and KPIs that are key to you (wait time, completed visits, patient satisfaction, payments collected, etc.). Choose from a host of visualization options and standard reports and set your own parameters. You can also now 1-click export only the data displayed in a specific widget.
Note: These features are only available for user roles (i.e. Admin, Analyst) with access to Reports. Please contact Sales or your Account Manager to enable this feature in your Clinic.

2. New – User Role for Analysts
With the updated Data Analytics Dashboard, we’ve also created the new user role of “Analyst.” This user role will be restricted to only viewing reports and tabs that are free from PHI data.
*Note. Please contact Sales or your Account Manager to add this role to your Clinic.

3. New – Give Scheduled Visits a Descriptive Name
We’ve added a new Visit Name field to our appointments so schedulers can now tag appointments with a descriptive name for patients. The Visit Name will be used in confirmation and reminder emails and texts, so patients are clearer on what an appointment is about.
