I cant even get the test call to work. I haven’t been able to use this with my students for over a month. Im having to use Skype. Is this because I’m using the free version?

    Dear Martin,

Sometimes, demo may not be available due to server maintenance and/or updates. In the case that you get a message that demo is busy, just keep trying and eventually, you should be able to get through.

We also suggest you contact our technical support team for assistance if the test call is ringing busy consistently.

Please call Technical Support at 650.560.7140 or email us at support@vsee.com

It sounds like you need to go to your VSee Messenger app and click the orange alert bar to acknowledge the patient walk-in alert.
