VP of Patient Engagement Solutions - NextGen Healthcare, Inc.
Cheryl Lejbolle is the vice president of patient engagement solutions for NextGen Healthcare, Inc., an ambulatory solutions company that provides software, services, and analytics to more than 150K medical and dental providers. She joined NextGen Healthcare in 2018 to lead strategic initiatives for patient engagement, telehealth, and other solutions that enable the successful transition to value-based healthcare.
With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Cheryl has served in an array of leadership roles related to product development, marketing, and consulting. She led efforts to develop and market products and services for a pharmacy benefit management company, pharmaceutical manufacturers, as well as healthcare consulting and technology firms.
Before joining NextGen Healthcare, Cheryl served as the senior director of product innovation for UnitedHealthcare’s Innovation Center of Excellence. She was responsible for the development of new products and services to improve the health of consumers and enhance how they experience the health system. She oversaw the creation and launching of the company’s award-winning Baby Blocks® pilot program for employers. This interactive incentive program was designed to improve the health and well-being of expectant mothers, new parents, and their babies.
