David Lapointe

CEO - Optina Diagnostics

In 2001, David Lapointe founded Advanced Molecular Imaging to bring molecular imaging technologies healthcare.  He went on to hold the position of Global General Manager for Molecular Imaging and Research at GE Healthcare. David co-funded and managed life science and IT companies in which he was responsible for driving strategic thinking and to accelerate growth against specific agendas.

David currently serves as CEO of Optina Diagnostics. Optina’s Retinal Deep Phenotyping diagnostic platform allows for early patient characterization and identification of the sources of memory loss. In his role, David has raised over $12M in financing to date.
