Dr. Luis Torres is a Cigna Behavioral Medical Director. He collaborates on the Tele psychiatry growth and use at Cigna. He also manages a large private practice, Advanced Behavioral Health Center in Tavares, FL, where he was the Medical Director & CEO. Dr. Torres brings a wealth of clinical practice experience and experience in clinical research. He also has done extensive work in forensic psychiatry and with brain injury patients. Dr. Torres completed medical school at the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine, Puerto Rico and his psychiatric residency at Penn State University, Hershey, PA. where he was chief resident.
