She is passionate about driving improvements in healthcare by integrating the voice of the stakeholder into innovations that leverage emerging and existing technologies. Prior to joining Oracle, she served as the Magnet program Director and Manager of Professional Practice at Sentara Leigh Hospital and has been recognized at the local, regional, and national levels for her commitment to excellence in direct clinical care, nursing leadership, and team management.

Kellie Swink, BSN, RN, CCRN

Children’s National Hospital

Kellie is a nurse leader dedicated to advancing telehealth ICU care at the Children’s National Hospital as Clinical Program Coordinator of the Tele-Cardiac ICU Command Center. Kellie has published research on optimizing tele-nurse staffing models in the AACN Advanced Critical Care journal. She is also an appointed member of the American Telemedicine Association Clinician Council and a leader in the Healthcare IoT Center of Excellence. With 10+ years of experience in cardiac ICU nursing, Kellie brings real-world expertise as both a clinician and innovator.
