For Patients – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

I can’t find my doctor or provider in the directory. What do I do?

Some providers do not want their clinics to be publicly listed and some may be using the VSee Messenger app (see next question “My provider asked me to download VSee).

The best thing to do is to ask your provider to re-send you an invite via email (or SMS if available). See below:

Types of VSee Invites You Might Receive

  • Email Invite – Provider Using VSee Clinic

If you received an email invite like the one above, then your provider is using VSee Clinic. Just click on the button in the email to be redirected to your provider’s clinic. If the button is not working, copy the link similar to this format: provider-name.vsee.me/u/my-provider to your browser.

  • SMS Invite – Provider Using VSee Clinic

You might also receive an SMS invite similar to above. Just need to click on the link and you will be redirected to your provider’s online clinic to register or sign in.

  • Email Invite – Provider using VSee Messenger app

If you received an email invite like the one above, then your provider is using VSee Messenger. Follow the instructions in your email to accept the provider’s invitation and to sign up for a VSee Messenger account
