About Speaker
Kelly Crown is an Innovation Consultant within the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) Innovation Studio. Within the CHLA Innovation Studio Kelly’s work primarily focuses on leading the strategy and implementation of CHLA’s Virtual Care Services and the Digital Health Lab initiatives. Prior to joining the Innovation Studio, Kelly managed projects focused on ambulatory process improvement at CHLA to improve access to care and patient satisfaction. Prior to joining CHLA, Kelly was the Director of Strategy for the Optum State Government Solutions team within United Health Group. Her health care career experience includes strategy, business development, market analysis, digital health entrepreneurship, project management, research and analysis. Kelly is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at USC Marshall and graduated with a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
