You can upgrade or cancel your enterprise subscription online at any time:

Just click on "Upgrade" from the VSee Help menu

  1. Windows version

    Click on "Help"-->"Upgrade Subscription" on the top right corner of your address book. A new page will load that allows you to change the subscription plan.

    Mac Version

    Click on "VSee" and "Upgrade Subscription" on the top left menu. A new page will load that allows you to change the subscription plan.

  2. Select the subscription plan that you would like to change to, and click on "Change subscription". You will be prompted to make an annual payment or a monthly recurring payment, and you will be able to make the payment online with your credit card.

  3. Manage your subscription plan

  4. Once your payment has been processed, your account subscription will be automatically updated. No further action is required.
  5. To change your credit card information, first cancel your current VSee subscription (to the Free subscription) and then re-subscribe to Plus or Pro with your new credit card info. Your old credit card will be refunded the prorated charge. Please allow 24 hours to receive email notice of the changes.
