Greg Truex is a Managing Director in the Global Business Intelligence division at J.D. Power. He is responsible for project management, product development and client services for the divisions Health Intelligence and Diversified practice areas.
Greg serves as the executive sponsor and primary author of the annual U.S. Retail Pharmacy Satisfaction Study, U.S. Senior Living Satisfaction Study, and inaugural U.S. Telehealth Satisfaction Study to be published in November 2019. Greg is also responsible for managing several customer experience tracking programs and primarily consults with Kaiser Permanente and the National Hockey League.
