Is this why support has not responded to any of my queries in the past 2 weeks?
Dear John,
we are flooded w/ free users asking for support, unfortunately we don’t have the staff to provide support for free users. if you email skype, google, they would not respond. we do try to provide free support when we have spare time, but our work load is pretty heavy. Note that vsee doesn’t use advertising to fund our payroll – we depend on paying users. thanks and hopefully vsee would be a better product soon where it can be useful for you even w/o support.
