We’ve just made it more convenient for providers to see patients from the VSee Messenger app with this new update!
No need to switch from your Messenger app to the web browser in order to call patients using no-download web video. No more wondering where a patient is when they are still coming into your waiting room.
This Messenger Update 4.9.1 now gives you tighter integration between your VSee Clinic(s) and the VSee Messenger app. As a provider, you will be able to see your Clinic dashboard and call patients directly from the Messenger app without having to log into your VSee Clinic account from a web browser.
If you don’t need or don’t want this feature – no worries. This update will not affect your use of VSee at all. You will be able to continue to use their VSee Messenger app as is. Repeat – this update does not change how VSee Messenger look or works for those who do not use VSee Clinic.
Phased Rollout Starting Nov. 16, 2020
Please note, we will be turning on this feature in phases throughout the month of November. We will not be able to tell you the exact day it will be turned on for your particular Clinic. However, if you have a large group, you may schedule a specific date to turn on this new feature. Please contact your account executive directly or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How Will the Clinic-Inside-Messenger Look?

As always if you have questions or comments, please reach out to us at email@example.com. We love hearing from our users and would love to know how this feature is working out for you and your team.
